We will send out the item(s) by first class Royal Mail postal service, within the UK.  The total weight will appear at checkout and the relevant shipping price will be applied.

We send out items Worldwide by Royal Mail / Parcelforce

The total weight will appear at checkout and the relevant shipping price will be applied, dependent on the World Zone.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. When returning your purchase your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to confirm when we have processed your your refund. When we have processed the refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We understand that buying clothes online is difficult and it is often important to try clothes on. Unfortunately Sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items can be returned for an exchange or a credit note only.
