We wrap with care all of your items in our signature hot pink tissue paper.
Our eco-mailing bags are made out of sugarcane so they are fully recyclable and are carbon neutral (as the carbon dioxide taken from the atmosphere in the growing process, offsets the carbon dioxide emitted through production and transport.)
We will send out the item(s) by first class Royal Mail postal service, within the UK. The total weight will appear at checkout and the relevant shipping price will be applied.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. When returning your purchase please ensure that your item is unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return and refund request is received we will notify you to confirm that we have processed your refund. When we have processed the refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We understand that buying clothes online is difficult and it is often important to try clothes on. Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately Sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items can be returned for an exchange or a credit note only.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over £75, we would suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your order with us is intended as a gift and you would like us to wrap it in tissue paper and ribbons and add a personal note, please let us know in the 'notes' section in your basket, or get in touch with us at studio@taniallewellyn.com with your message for the lucky recipient.
