Refund policy

Returns

We now offer Free UK returns. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm your refund.

When your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Sale items can only be exchanged. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund Sale items.

Exchanges 

We are happy to exchange any item for another size (if in stock). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at taniallewellyn@hotmail.com and send your item to: Tania's Studio, Ivy Cottage Shipston-on-Stour GB CV36 5AS.

Returns Shipping

  1. Request a return
    Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and tell us which item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll send you a free Royal Mail returns label
    We’ll email you everything you need to return your parcel. You don't need a Shopify account.
  3. Pack your return
    Please securely package your item(s), ideally using the original packaging, and make sure they are unworn and in their original condition with the tags attached.
  4. Drop it off at Royal Mail
    Take your parcel to your local Royal Mail Post Office or drop-off point and keep your receipt until your return has been processed.
  5. We'll refund you
    Once your return arrives with us and has been checked, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

That's it — no return postage to pay.

To return your product yourself, please post your product to: Tania's Studio. Ivy Cottage, Willington, Shipston-on-Stour, GB, CV36 5AS. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
