Shipping policy
We take great care packing every order, wrapping your clothes in our signature hot pink tissue paper before sending them on their way.
UK Delivery
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 from our studio in Warwickshire.
Free UK delivery on orders over £150.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your delivery information.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During particularly busy periods, such as a new collection launch or Christmas, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you need your order urgently, or have a particular delivery request, please contact us at studio@taniallewellyn.com or telephone Rose on 07507 917417 before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
If you're not at home
If nobody is available when Royal Mail delivers your parcel, they may leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take it to your local delivery office, depending on the service used and local arrangements.
Royal Mail may also offer redelivery or collection options.
Delayed or missing parcels
Occasionally parcels take a little longer than expected, particularly during busy periods or because of circumstances outside our control.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at studio@taniallewellyn.com with your order number and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
International Delivery
We send orders worldwide using Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
International delivery costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination and weight of your parcel.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or our delivery charge.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing, so international delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
USA
Please note that orders to the USA may be subject to customs charges. If a customs deposit is required, we will contact you before sending your order.
A little note about our packaging
We use eco-mailing bags made from sugarcane wherever possible. They are fully recyclable, and the carbon dioxide absorbed while the sugarcane grows helps offset the emissions produced during their manufacture and transport.
We want your order to arrive looking as lovely as it did when it left our studio.
