We wrap with care all of your items in our signature hot pink tissue paper.
Our eco-mailing bags are made out of sugarcane so they are fully recyclable and are carbon neutral (as the carbon dioxide taken from the atmosphere in the growing process, offsets the carbon dioxide emitted through production and transport.)

We know how difficult it can be to buy clothes online, so if you any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please complete the returns slip and send it back to us.
We can exchange for another size / colour or issue you a full refund if you would prefer.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. When returning your purchase please ensure that your item is unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return and refund request is received we will notify you to confirm that we have processed your refund. When we have processed the refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges

Sale items
Unfortunately Sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items can be returned for an exchange or a credit note only.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over £75, we would suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
